The PLC-based reverse forward rotating facility is provided for the Silicon Rollers and brush. There is a PLC technology for rapid high-speed operation. Alternately manufacturing of (inner pasting) files & tabletop calendars, conveyor and all rollers shall be operated in the single direction by the program.
The machine has a high-speed paper feeding system & a single-operator glueing unit in QUIKR and two operator glueing units. The operator can operate the machine wallow touching the glue and this will protect the case from dust accumulation. Cartridge type glue tank with a separate hot water tank is provided.
Precise control of paper-releasing tension blades for proper paper release and high-speed run helps in avoiding the paper stuck /role in the glue rollers. It has the maximum high-speed paper feed system of this kind in the market all-present.

The F105 case former machine automatically folds the bottom flaps of the box manually entered by an operator. The box with the bottom flaps folded remains in vertical position for filling operation. Subsequently it could be pushed through a pneumatic cylinder in a “Fixed Format” case sealer machine for sealing with adhesive tape.
